How it works
We make you a free sample
On a 15-minute call we look up your business on Google together. Then we build a sample of your site with your name, your services and your information, and send it to you to open on your phone.
You approve it and pay
If you like it, you approve the quote and send us your photos and prices. If you do not, you owe us nothing. We finish the site and you look it over before it goes live.
Your site goes live
We publish it on your own domain and update your Google profile with the link to your site, your hours and your phone number.
We keep it up to date
When a price, a photo or your holiday hours change, you send us a message and we change it. That is part of your monthly plan.

- Is the sample really free?
- Yes. We build a sample of your site with your business name and your information before you pay anything. If you do not like it, you owe us nothing.
- What is included in a website?
- A website in English and Spanish that works on any phone, with your services or menu, prices, photos, hours, address and a call button on every page. Customers can also text you, message you on WhatsApp, or fill out a form to ask for a quote or book a visit. We also set up or fix your Google Business Profile. After that, a plan from $39 a month or $300 a year covers hosting, changes and keeping your Google profile up to date.
- Who owns the domain and the content?
- You do. The domain is your business name on the internet, and it belongs to you. Your text and photos are yours too. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
- How long does it take?
- The free sample comes first, before you pay anything. Once you say yes and send us your photos and prices, we finish the site and send it to you to look over. It goes live when you approve it. Google sets its own timing to verify a business profile, so that part can take longer.
- What if I need to change something later?
- Send us a message with the new price, photo or hours and we update it. Updates to your prices, hours, menu, photos and text are included in your monthly or yearly plan. New pages, a redesign, online ordering, or new features are quoted separately, and we tell you the price before doing anything.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. The monthly plan has no contract, so you can stop any month. The build is a one time payment, quoted before we start. If you stop the plan, we hand over your domain and your content.
- Do you do it in Spanish and in English?
- Yes. Your site goes up in both languages, and we can do the whole process with you in Spanish: the call, the sample and every change after.
- Do you work outside the East Bay?
- Yes. We are based in the East Bay and work with businesses all over the Bay Area: the East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula, San Francisco and North Bay. The call, the free sample and your changes all happen by phone and online, so it works the same wherever your business is.
- I do not know anything about computers. Is that a problem?
- No. We build and run everything. You send photos and answer a few questions by email, WhatsApp or a quick call.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through a secure payment link we send you. You pay the quoted build price after you see the free sample and before we build the finished site. The plan is then from $39 a month or $300 a year.
Who we are
Kaizen is a new company in the East Bay, and we would rather tell you that than dress it up. There are two of us. One builds the sites. The other is probably the person who called you or walked into your shop.
